- Return Conditions
- Products can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the condition you originally receive the item.
- Customized items or engraved items are not eligible for returns. This includes any item specifically ordered or altered for you.
- How to Return a Product
- Before you return an item, please contact our customer service team at shopjunojewels@gmail.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with the essential for processing your return.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or if the wrong item was shipped.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 2 weeks after receipt of the package.
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Sale items, customized, or engraved items cannot be refunded.
- Gift cards, promotional items, and items bundled with promotional gifts cannot be returned.
